ಮೃತರು ಪತ್ನಿ, ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಅಪಾರ ಬಂಧುಬಳಗವನ್ನು ಅಗಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಮೃತರು ನಿವೃತ್ತ ವೈದ್ಯರು, ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಮಂಡಳಿಯ ಭಾರತೀಯ ಮಾಜಿ ಉಪಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರು ಹಾಗೂ ರಾಮದುರ್ಗ ತಾಲೂಕಿನ ಮಾಜಿ ಸಚಿವರಾದ ಆರ್. ಎಸ್. ಪಾಟೀಲ ಅವರ ಸಹೋದರರಾಗಿದ್ದರು. ಮೃತರ ಅಂತ್ಯಕ್ರಿಯೆ ಮೇ 1 ರಂದು ಉದಪುಡಿ ಗ್ರಾಮದ ತೋಟದಲ್ಲಿ 11-00 ಘಂಟೆಗೆ ನೆರವೇರಲಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಕುಟುಂಬದ ಆಪ್ತರಾದ ಅಡ್ವೋಕೇಟ್ ದಿನೇಶ್ ಪಾಟೀಲ್ ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

Native Of Udapudi, Ramdurg Taluk of Belagavi District.
Worked in KLE’S JNMC Belagavi for considerable time and he provided great services in Civil Hospital for poor and needy.
He had good standing practice and he always stood by poor and needy people.
He was President of IMA ,Karnataka
He was also elected Syndicate member of Karnataka University during 1970 and 1980 .
He followed and practiced honest and right ways throughout his life .He had Hospital in Kotawal Galli and Maruti Galli,Belagavi. He practiced for more than five decades.
He is brother of late Shri R S Patil Ex Minister ,Govt of Karnataka.
He has left behind his wife and two daughters who are also Doctors .and large family members.
He passed away on 30.04.2025 and his cremation will take place on 1.05.2025 at 11am in his farm land at Udapudi village in Ramdurg Taluka.
